Rosemary’s Story

What is the meaning of life? What is the meaning of my life? These questions have quietly followed me, not as philosophical riddles, but as intuitive nudges toward something more meaningful. For as long as I can remember I have had an intimate relationship with God. I believe this gave me the stable foundations I still have today. I believe that when we stop long enough to listen to this inner voice of love and wisdom, the answers begin to reveal themselves. Often it comes through with the stories we live, the choices we make, and the moments we can’t ignore.

I grew up in Perth as the third of four children to refugee parents who left everything behind after the Vietnam War. Their courage and optimism left a lasting imprint on me. We lived a humble, loving life, grounded in hard work, gratitude, and resilience. My upbringing taught me the value of simplicity—but it also seeded a subtle pressure to keep it all together, to perform, and to succeed.

As a sensitive child, I often felt caught between two worlds: the one that wanted me to achieve and conform, and the one that longed to be free, playful, and deeply expressive. This inner conflict shaped much of my early life. I did well in school, ticked the boxes, and followed the path expected of me—eventually becoming a pharmacist and building a life that looked perfect on paper.

By my mid-20s, I had everything I thought I wanted: a successful career, a beautiful home, and a long-term relationship. But behind the external image, I felt a growing emptiness. Despite all my efforts to get “there,” I couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d lost touch with something essential—my own inner truth. The more I tried to fix it through doing, the more disconnected I became.

At 30, I reached a breaking point. Not because something catastrophic happened, but because I could no longer pretend. The inner voice I had quieted for years was now loud and undeniable. I saw these as my inner demons. I was in a deep dark depression that I didn’t believe anyone could understand or help me out of. But in that darkness there was a point of light I could slowly but surely move towards. I found myself asking: Who am I beneath all this? What do I truly want? It was a deeply uncomfortable but profoundly liberating moment—because I realized I was finally ready to find out.

Leaving behind a decade-long relationship and career path wasn’t easy. It meant facing the unknown, releasing identities I’d held onto, and choosing myself in a way I never had before. But in doing so, I discovered that transformation doesn’t begin with answers—it begins with permission. Permission to listen to your inner truth. Permission to change. Permission to begin again.

As I walked this new path, I began exploring modalities that helped me heal and reconnect—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. A profound experience during a Tesla Metamorphosis training awakened something deep within me. It wasn’t just an energetic shift—it was a soul alignment. I felt light, connected, and undeniably loved by something far greater than myself. That moment became an anchor.

I surrounded myself with new teachings, coaches, mentors, healers, sages and wise leaders of all walks.

From there, I immersed myself in integrative medicine, energy healing, somatic therapy, coaching, and deep spiritual inquiry. I stopped chasing external validation and began living from inner alignment. I discovered how to work with energy, emotion, belief, and the nervous system—not just for myself, but to support others through their own return to wholeness.

I wanted to bring all of this together: science and soul, structure and surrender. It’s a space where people can come home to themselves—where healing isn’t about fixing, but remembering. Where clarity isn’t forced, but revealed. And where success isn’t measured by how much we do, but by how fully we align with who we really are.

Today, my work is about guiding others to awaken their deeper potential and live lives that feel true—from the inside out. I help people regulate their nervous systems, restore vitality, transform emotional imprints, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of their being. My clients don’t just feel better—they feel more like themselves.

My journey continues to evolve—as does my relationship with God, The Devine, and the greater mysteries of life. I’ve learned that freedom isn’t found in controlling the path, but in trusting the unfolding. The more I live in resonance with my truth, the more I experience joy, connection, and the peace I once searched for in all the wrong places.

Resonance Life is more than a business—it’s a movement. A movement for those who are ready to live with presence, clarity, and meaning. If you’ve ever felt like there’s more to life, if you’ve heard the quiet call for deeper connection and truth, then perhaps you’re right on time. Welcome to the journey home.
